We’re hiring! Seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Representative & Office All-Rounder
Location: On-site in Ravenhall, VIC (Western Suburbs)
Part-time OR Casual
Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri (18-21 hours per week), flexible start & finish times

As we embark on an exciting journey of relocation and expansion, we're in search of a versatile individual to join our team as an E-commerce Customer Service Representative and Office All-Rounder. Responsibilities:
• Manage general administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations
• Respond to customer service emails promptly and professionally
• Provide exceptional customer service for click-and-collect inquiries
• Engage with customers via online chat to address queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Contribute to email marketing campaigns to promote our products and services
• Drive social media engagement through content creation and interaction
• Utilise personal experiences to create personalised social media content
• Packing and fulfilling orders to ensure timely delivery to customers
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative roles is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Social media/marketing content creation experience would be advantageous
• Experience in email marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Work on-site in our office located in Ravenhall, VIC
