Refunds and Returns
Please choose carefully before placing your order, as once an order is placed we cannot cancel it, whether in-stock or pre-order.
We strictly do not offer returns for change of mind. Our breast pumps and accessories are single-user medical devices. For hygiene and safety reasons, once used they cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you need to make a change to your order please leave us a message via our contact us page. Please note that once your order has shipped we are unable to make any changes.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
All breast pumps come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on electrical components. Consumable parts (valves, diaphragms etc.) are not covered. The warranty starts from the purchase date, or from dispatch if purchased as a pre-order.
The warranty is not transferable and only applies to products purchased through authorised channels.Products purchased from non-authorised distributors, e.g. purchasing second hand, internet market places (including but not limited to eBay), auctions or other types of public sale are not covered by this warranty.
Repairs or replacements do not reset or extend the warranty period. Once a pump has been replaced or repaired, further warranty claims on that item cannot be made.
Warranty covers manufacturer faults only, not wear and tear, water or liquid damage, damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, alteration, improper maintenance, neglect, use of improper power supply or other external causes.
Charging port damage is excluded, as this results from misuse or liquid contact, not a manufacturing fault.
The motor must never be washed or exposed to liquid. Always ensure to remove the motor before emptying the milk from the collector cup.
Damage caused by not replacing consumable parts regularly (leading to strain on the motor) is not covered.
Proof of Replacement Parts
To process a warranty claim, we may ask for proof of replacement part order history (such as valves, diaphragms or other consumables) to confirm that the pump has been maintained correctly. Neglecting to replace consumable parts at recommended intervals may void your warranty.
Inspection
On occasion, we may request the motor or parts be returned to us for assessment. Depending on the nature of the potential fault, an in-person inspection may be required to confirm whether it is a manufacturing defect. If requested, the products must be sent back within the specified timeframe provided. Failure to return the motor within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Battery Warranty Terms
The rechargeable battery in your pump is covered under our standard 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults. Please note:
· A gradual decline in battery performance over time is normal wear and tear on a rechargeable battery, and therefore not covered.
· Faults such as failure to charge, failure to power on, or defects within the warranty period may be covered.
· Use of incorrect cables, high-speed chargers, or adapters outside 5V-1A voids the battery warranty.
· Running the pump on maximum suction without regular part replacement may strain the battery and is not covered.
· Liquid damage to the motor or charging port voids the battery warranty.
For all battery claims, we may request:
- Proof of charging setup (cable, adapter, method)
- Photos or videos of the issue
- A suction test to rule out part-related strain
- Proof of replacement part order history
