Refunds and Returns
We strictly do not offer returns for change of mind. Our breast pumps and accessories are a single-user device and therefore due to hygiene and safety reasons, it can only be used by one person and cannot be returned or exchanged once it has been used.
If you need to make a change to your order please leave us a message via our contact us page. Please note that once your order has shipped we are unable to make any changes.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
We offer a limited 12 month manufacturers warranty on all of our breast pumps for that extra piece of mind. The warranty starts from the date of purchase, unless it is a pre-order. If it is a pre-order then the warranty will start from the date of dispatch. The electrical parts of the pump are covered by our 12 month warranty. Consumable parts are excluded from warranty.
The warranty is not transferable between persons. Products purchased from non-authorised distributors, e.g. purchasing second hand, internet market places (including but not limited to eBay), auctions or other types of public sale are not covered by this warranty.
In the event that the product or part(s) are repaired or replaced under this warranty, the warranty period will not be extended. You cannot make another warranty claim for a particular item once we have repaired or provided a replacement for it.
The warranty period covers manufacturer faults only, and not wear and tear, water/ liquid damage or damage caused by accident, misuse or abuse, alteration, improper maintenance and connected to improper power supply. Charging port damage is not covered under warranty as this is not a manufacturer fault (port is broken/ damaged inside from liquid or misuse - cable repeatedly being inserted incorrectly etc.)
The motor should never make contact with any liquids - Please do not wash the motor.Always ensure to remove the motor before emptying the milk from the collector cup. The warranty does not cover negligence to the motor that has occurred as a result of not upgrading the parts in time as required to keep the motor working properly.
