So glad I gave the night owl a go after a painful, inefficient experience with another brand. I have quite a small chest size and also tend to need flange inserts.
These pumps fit so well, lightweight and the flange does not budge causing pinching!

I hired a Spectra S2 after birth and found it impossible to pump frequently enough with a velcro baby, having to stay near the power source and hold the flange onto the breast made it really hard so I immediately started searching for a wearable pump. I bought the original as the Mumma was on pre order and I couldn’t wait that long. The original does a fantastic job! I’m getting more milk from this than the spectra, it’s comfortable, easy and charges quickly. I can wear one while baby feeds on other breast (he’s a one boob guy). I just bought a single unit because it’s so convenient it’s no problem to just do one breast at a time, and I’ve ordered a spare set of parts so I don’t have to wash between each pump. The only quite frustrating flaw is that you can’t stand it up which makes it quite tricky to deal with the milk if you’re nap trapped as it spills if you don’t keep it upright. I just try to make sure I have a container to pour the milk into ready to go with me.

Investing in the twin pack of breast pumps from the night owl was honestly the best decision I made as a new mum. It's so convenient to have an extra pump on hand, especially during those latenight pumping sessions. The pumps are easy to asemble, and the silicone cushions provide a comfortable fit.

I was so grateful I decided to order this pump as two weeks after having our 3rd he had dropped nearly 13% of hid birth weight and we were put on a very structured feeding schedule which means I have to pump every 3 hours...with two other children to look after being able to pump hands free has been such a help....I don't think I could have left up the feeding schedule without it as I just literally wpuks have the time to sit and pump, I even do it in the car on school drop off's and pick ups.

The pump itself is as good as any I've used but has the added bonus of being portable and hands free, easier to clean then my closer to nature electric pump and way less noisy too.
