We ship from Melbourne, Australia. We currently ship to the whole of Australia, and New Zealand. We endeavor to get orders shipped out within 1 business day. Please always allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched

Order Changes

If you have entered the wrong address at checkout or your address is missing key information such as a unit number, please notify us immediately. Failure to notify us before the order has already been shipped out will mean it is unlikely that Australia Post will be able to make changes to the delivery address. In this case it will say "delivery failed" and it will be returned to sender (us). If this occurs as a result of failing to notify us in time, then you will need to pay the cost to have your order reshipped to the correct address once it is returned to us.

If you need to make a change to your order please leave us a message via our contact us page. Please note that once your order has shipped we are unable to make any changes.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please make sure that you are certain before placing your order, as once an order is placed we are unable to cancel it regardless of whether it is in-stock or a pre-order.

 

Pre-orders

All shipping time frames are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the approx date of dispatch. The delivery time frame starts from the pre-order date it ships on. Your order will be shipped all together along with the pre-order items so you can expect it all to ship on the estimated dispatch date for the pre-order item. If however you require an 'in stock' item from your order more urgently, please contact us directly so that we can try our best to assist.
